Payment Policy:
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices include taxes. All payments must be made in full no later than 30 days before date of tour by credit card. Tours booked less than 30 days in advance must pay in full immediately before any reservations can be made. Payment can be received through PayPal below by clicking Buy Now. Gratuity is not included in the price and is appreciated. |

Confirmation of Payment
Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive the following: (1) a detailed trip itinerary, (2) a receipt showing your full payment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel all or part of your Tour at any time, provided that the cancellation is made in writing more than 8 days prior to the trip date.
Cancellation Fees
If trip is cancelled in writing 8 days or more before trip, there is NO cancellation fee.
0% Refund if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of tour date*
50% Refund if cancelled less than 6 days in advance of tour date*
75% Refund if cancelled less than 7 days in advance of tour date*
100% Car refund if cancelled before car hire service deadline (ask for details)
Rescheduling Fees
Tours rescheduled less than 24 hours before tour date* lose 100% of all monies paid to reserve transportation, are subject to a fee of $200, and are responsible to purchase additional transportation through MIWT if necessary. Tours rescheduled more than 24 hours* in advance are subject to a fee of $100.
*Shabbat and Holiday Eve
All tours on Sundays or day following a holiday must reschedule or cancel by or before 12pm on Friday or Holiday eve or they are subject to the less than 24 hour reschedule/cancellation policy.
