                    Wine Stores in Jerusalem


                    At Kos shel Bracha, located on16 Ha Lemed Hay in Katamon, the owner, Yonatan, a French immigrant, has a huge variety of kosher boutique wineries. Momo Medved, a part-time worker is also very knowledgeable and they are both very hospitable. Contact 02-561-1557; hours of operation Sun-Thu 10am-8pm; Fri 9am-3pm. 

                    Beit HaMishkaot, Shahar, a wine shop that has 3 different locations in Jerusalem. The 3 locations are 7 Avizahur, 29 Emek Refaim, and 10 Shez Street. Email info@shaharwines.co.il 

                    There is a very popular and great value wine store near the Machane Yehuda shuk, on Agripas Street. I recommend going there for the more table wines and beer options.


                    Wine Stores in Tel Aviv


                    Derch HaYayin is a chain of wine stores, but the main store is at 90 Hashomonaim Street.  Every Friday there is a wine tasting from wines in Israel or abroad. Derech HaYayin has thousands of bottles of wine and hundreds of options from around the World.

                    Wine and More
                    is another chain of wine stores in the Center of Israel. They have wine tastings and also hundreds of wine options.

                    BIN 281 on 281 Dizengoff. They have a great selection and a wine bar upstairs! 

                    Wine Bars in Tel Aviv

                    A hidden away oasis in Tel Aviv is Par Derriere, a garden wine bar, located on 4 King George Street (cross at Allenby). They have a large variety of high end Israeli and World wines.

                    Yoezer Wine Bar
                    is another hidden gem in Yaffo. The atmosphere is dark and quaint, in an underground cellar with thousands of bottles of high-quality wine. Prices are a bit expensive, but every bite and taste is worth it!

                    WineBerg is an intimate wine bar on 106 Ben Yehuda Street. They have tapas and other tasty Israeli food options. They can be reached at 03-5223939. They have a wide range of wines and it is close to the beach.

                    Zanzibar is located at 13 Ibn Givirol Street and serves a wide range of wine, beer and spirits. Famous Israelis frequent this spot.

                    BIN281 is a new wine shop at 281 Dizengoff Street. Their collection ranges from International to local wines and fair prices to a separate higher-end selection. Up stairs is a private tasting room for an event and a wine bar. BIN281 is a great location and wine bar!

                    Juno Wine Bar, located at 1 De Haz Street. Milano Square in Tel Aviv is a romantic wine bar that has a very large selection of local and international wines. They food is superb and the customer service is fantastic!


                    Wine Boutique on 83 King George Street is a quaint place for a first date or wine with friends. They have free munchies from 6-8 with a purchase of a glass of wine. Enjoy! Contact at

                    The newly opened Mamilla Hotel is the home to Mirror Bar, which houses a large variety of kosher wine and liquor. Enjoy the chic atmosphere! Wine tastings available.
